Add a Sledging experience to your white water rafting trip. Sledge the lower section of Rotorua's famous Kaituna River. Experience the thrill of feeling at one with your environment.You are in control of your own sledge - maneuvered by fins/flippers on your feet. Sledging on the Kaituna River is an extreme activity. Sledgers need to be strong swimmers and confident in water. If you can run 100 metres and recover comfortably then you will be fit enough for this awesome activity. Sledgers will be assessed on their suitability to sledge this river upon arrival at our base. All Equipment and training is supplied by our friendly professional team. Join us for a guided Kayak trip to the Manupirua Springs Hot Pools on Lake Rotoiti. Paddle across scenic Lake Rotoiti to this amazing spot only accessible by boat. Situated right on the lake edge there are a range of hot pools of varying temperatures all fed from a natural hot spring.
